Rooted firmly in the Alps, Leo Trippi has representative offices in key resorts across Switzerland, as well as a larger office in the Cotswolds (UK) and our latest office in Dubai. Many of our team members travel out to resorts regularly during the season to visit properties and meet with clients and partners.
As we are an agent/tour operator, we do not employ any seasonal winter staff directly. However, we are always on the lookout for culturally aware, dynamic and driven individuals who are passionate about skiing and the mountains to join our team.

Senior Chalet Specialist
Leo Trippi is one of the best-known names in luxury Alpine travel, with an exceptional portfolio of chalets across destinations including Verbier, Courchevel, St. Moritz and beyond.
This role would suit someone confident and naturally personable, with the experience to build trust quickly and guide clients smoothly from enquiry to booking. You should enjoy being part of a small team, feel comfortable handling discerning travellers, and bring an energetic, thoughtful and professional approach.
What you will do:
- Manage chalet enquiries from first contact through to booking and handover
- Develop a strong knowledge of the portfolio so you can guide clients towards the most suitable options
- Build rapport quickly and put clients at ease from the start
- Qualify enquiries intelligently and match each enquiry to the most suitable resorts and properties
- Create tailored proposals and thoughtful follow-ups that help secure bookings
- Keep enquiries moving and stay on top of every detail
- Convert enquiries while protecting the guest experience, partner relationships and brand standards
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
- Work closely with our concierge team to ensure a client’s experience runs smoothly from enquiry to the end of their stay.
- Help build repeat business through consistently strong client care
What we are looking for:
- Strong experience in luxury travel, premium sales, hospitality, property or another client-facing role
- A genuine interest in skiing and the mountains, and a good understanding of ski resorts and the chalet market
- A confident, personable manner and the ability to put clients at ease quickly
- Good instincts when it comes to understanding what a client is really looking for
- Strong written and spoken communication - French or German would be an advantage
- Energy and a sense of humour combined with a well-organised, calm, proactive approach, with the ability to prioritise and deliver results

Salary and working pattern:
- Salary: Dependent on level of experience
- Hours: Full-time
- Location: Near Cirencester
- Working pattern: Hybrid, with 3 fixed days a week in the office and 2 days working from home
- Occasional travel may be required

Junior Chalet Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Chalet Specialist to join our sales team near Cirencester, Gloucestershire. This role would suit someone bright, warm, and naturally personable, with the energy to learn quickly and the confidence to handle discerning clients. You do not need years of experience, but you should enjoy working with others, be comfortable speaking with discerning clients, and take a thoughtful, professional approach to your work.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in luxury travel, learn a specialist market properly and be part of and contribute to a small, experienced team.
What you will do:
