Spacious and relaxing penthouse apartment
Situated on the edge of the Le Rouge piste, Le Fayard has one of the best locations for keen skiers looking for easy access to the slopes. The Le Rouge teleski transports you to the main resort whilst Verbier’s bustling centre is still only a few minutes away. Being a top-floor apartment, Le Fayard provides wonderful views across the valley and is able to accommodate six guests in three en-suite bedrooms.
A flight of stairs leads into a welcoming entrance hall, furnished with an aviator-style armchair. There is a large storage area with heated boot warmers and plenty of hanging space for jackets and ski equipment. The entrance leads into a delightful living area with, bookshelves and huge windows flooding the room with natural light. Here you can relax on sofas in front of the fireplace and TV before heading out onto the balcony to take in the fresh mountain air and valley views.
The living area opens into an elegant dining room with stone fireplace and a table seating eight. Overlooking the dining area is a modern kitchen with breakfast bar and all the equipment needed to create delicious meals.
Le Fayard Penthouse has three charming en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom provides fantastic views over Le Rouge ski run and has a stunning en-suite bathroom with wooden barrel-style bath tub and separate hammam shower. Opposite the bedroom is a generously sized dressing room and a large study with desk, printer and armchair can also be accessed from the master bedroom.
There are a further two bedrooms - a twin/double bedroom on the entrance level with en-suite shower room and built-in wardrobes and a second twin/double on the top floor with en-suite shower room. A large TV room set under the eaves is also located on this level.

Le Fayard Penthouse is located on the edge of Le Rouge piste with ski-in/ski-out access. Medran can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and Place Centrale in 8 minutes.
