Cabane des Violettes
Accessible on foot or by cable car in summer and winter, Cabane des Violettes serves delicious Valais specialities at 2,208m. Owners, Michelin-starred local chef Frank Reynaud and local mountain guide Pierre-Olivier Bagnoud provide a menu of simple, traditional dishes such as fondue, rösti, pasta and salads. Enjoy meals in front of the stone fireplace or out on the sun terrace accompanied by fantastic panoramic views of the Swiss Alps.

Chetzeron
Situated at 2,112m within walking distance of the Cry d’Er Cable car, Chetzeron is a former cable car station which has been transformed into a popular restaurant and chic hotel. The creative menu includes warm seasonal dishes accompanied by carefully selected wines. From the lobster bagel with beetroot mayonnaise and chips to the champagne and truffle fondue, you are in for a culinary treat when dining here.

Chez Erwin
Ideal on a sunny day, Chez Erwin can be found on the descent from Chetzeron to Crans at 1,700m. This small tavern offers picture-perfect views from the terrace and a simple menu of soups, raclette and meat platters accompanied by a selection of fine Valais wines. If staying at Chalet Alouette or Ultima Crans Montana, this is the perfect stop for a long lunch before the short ski back down to your luxury chalet.

Le Mont Blanc

Le Bistro des Ours
In a rustic, mountain-inspired ambiance, Le Bistro des Ours will appeal to all food-lovers with its delicious dishes including free-range eggs with black truffles and artichokes, seasonal casserole and beef fillet with chimichurri sauce.

Cafe Cher-Mignon
Influenced by his origins in the Var region, chef Serge Coustrain-Jean provides a bistro-style menu at lunchtime and a more gastronomic menu in the evening. The menu changes regularly with the season but you can expect mouth-watering dishes such as lobster bisque, wild sea bass and chocolate tart.

Edo
For something a little different, Edo offers authentic Japanese cuisine prepared right in front of you. Dishes include grilled chicken with Teriyaki sauce, an assortment of sushi, sashimi and wagyu beef.

Burger Lounge
Located on Rue Centrale in Crans, Burger Lounge is a must for both locals and visitors. Choose from locally-sourced beef, chicken or salmon with a side of fries and green salad. Vegetarians aren’t left out either with both falafel and rösti burgers on offer. Regular burgers start at CHF 12 but there are also child-sized portions for CHF9.

Brasserie Gerber
With a crackling fireplace, old wood and natural stone walls, Brasserie Gerber is perfect for a casual cosy night sampling freshly baked pizzas and grilled meats.

Le Continental
Well-regarded chef Paul Da Silva-Clivaz has created a menu of French cuisine with a twist at Le Continental. Just a five-minute walk from Chalet Migui, Le Continental is located on Rue Pas-de-L’Ours, dishes are designed to tickle the taste buds with daily menus served at noon. You can opt for a set three-course meal or go a la carte with options such as steak frites, fresh pasta and risotto available.

La Muña
Just a three-minute drive from the incredible Ultima Crans Montana luxury chalets, La Muña is a wonderful fusion of Japanese-Peruvian cuisine with zingy fresh flavours, combining sweet and sour. Dishes include ceviche, carpaccio, tempura, grilled meats and marinated salmon.

14 Cors Bistro
This delightful bistro offers Swiss and international cuisine accompanied by fantastic views and excellent service. The pasta dishes always prove popular but you can also opt for lamb tenderloin, veal escalope and grilled salmon. They also offer a takeaway menu of salads, soups, pasta and risotto.

Restaurant Five
Located at Hotel Guarda Golf, Restaurant Five is inspired by the cuisines of Levant and southern Italy. Dishes are designed to be shared between guests with a variety of mezze to choose from followed by Mediterranean-style grilled dishes, fresh pasta and risotto. There are also a range of sumptuous desserts to choose from to finish off your meal in style.

Mosaic
Close to the Signal gondola, Mosaic is a modern brassiere with a welcoming ambiance. It has a beautiful design and a large open kitchen as well as plenty of tasty dishes which change depending on the season.

Zerodix
For classic apres-ski in your ski boots, look no further than Zerodix, an apres-ski hotspot from 3pm at the Cry d’Er lift station in Crans. Enjoy live music, DJs, friendly staff and an impressive list of snacks.

Cry D’Er Club D’Altitude
Located at 2,200m, Cry D’Er Club D’Altitude has a large terrace offering sublime views, whilst inside the Club has room for up to 500 revellers. Expect live DJs, much dancing and 360-degree views across the Alps.

Le Tirbouchon
For something a little more civilised, Le Tirbouchon is a sophisticated bar specialising in local Valais wine. Open from 4.30pm to 8.00pm, sample wines by the glass accompanied by assortments of cold cuts and cheese.

Monk’is Bar
Ideal for the more youthful crowd, Monk’is in the centre of Crans is open from 7pm to 2am with themed party nights during the season. It has an extensive gin menu and offers a variety of cocktails too.

Bar Amadeus
One of the oldest bars for apres-ski on the Montana side of the resort, Bar Amadeus offers live music and DJ sets under the restaurant Le Mayen every day during the season from 10 pm to 2am.
