From your initial enquiry to the end of your stay, we want to make your experience as seamless as possible, ensuring you get the most out of your luxury ski holiday. Working with trusted and reliable in-resort partners and suppliers, we are able to organise everything from airport transfers and ski lessons to exhilarating winter activities and one-off experiences.
We believe in tailoring your holiday to you and will listen carefully to any ideas you may have when it comes to enhancing your experience; whether that be a heli-glacier picnic, a private husky sledding experience or just making sure we have your favourite bottle of wine ready and waiting for your arrival.
We recognise that it is the little details that really matter when it comes to planning your perfect holiday and are passionate about providing you with the best possible service and experience. The team is on hand before, during and after your ski holiday to provide you with any additional support you may require. Airport Transfers
Once you have secured your accommodation, we are able to offer advice and organise any transfers from the airport you may require. Whether you are looking for private or shared transfers, we can recommend reliable partners who will pick you up from the airport and deliver you straight to your chalet door. We are also able to arrange an in-resort driving service if this is not included as part of your booking.
Should you wish to fly privately, we can assist you in chartering a flight from your nearest airport to your chosen destination. We are also able to organise heli-transfers to the nearest heliport or, if possible, directly to your chalet.
Ski Guiding and Instruction
To make things easier on arrival, we recommend pre-booking lift passes, ski hire and ski lessons/guiding, particularly during peak weeks. You can do all of these through us at no extra cost and we'll make sure your ski equipment and passes are ready and waiting for you at the chalet on your arrival.
We work with a number of ski schools in each resort and are able to advise you on which one we think would best suit you, depending on the age and ability of your group and how you wish to spend your week. We can arrange both group and private tuition as well as off-piste guiding and heli-skiing.
Childcare
We recognise that travelling with young children can be somewhat stressful and with our trusted partners in resort we hope to make things a little easier. Whether you are looking for childcare throughout your stay or just for an evening, we are able to supply fully-qualified and experienced nannies to ensure your children are taken care of.
From cots and buggies to stairgates and sterilisers, we are also able to provide any equipment in the chalet you might need. We can also recommend kids clubs and other child-friendly activities for your children to do whilst on holiday.
Catering
Although many chalets come with a catered service, we are able to tailor this around your dietary requirements. Before your arrival in resort, you will be able to discuss your preferred menu with your chef as well any other catering arrangements. Whether you enjoy fine dining or prefer to keep it simple, our chefs can cater to any style of food.
If you are booking a self-catered chalet then we can organise a pre-arrival shop for you so that all the essentials are ready in the chalet for you when you arrive. Perhaps you are celebrating a special occasion during your stay? If so then we would be delighted to arrange for a private chef to come and cook a special dinner for you and your guests.
If you are planning on eating out during your stay, we recommend making restaurant bookings before you arrive, particularly over peak periods such as New Year and Half Term. We are happy to do this on your behalf and have up to date restaurant guides for every resort available for you to peruse.
Health and Spa Treatments
During you luxury ski holiday with Leo Trippi, we want you to relax as much as possible, and what better way to soothe those aches and pains away than with a rejuvenating massage? Although many of our luxury chalets are equipped with superb spas, we are also able to organise in-house spa treatments during your stay. Our therapists can provide everything from an invigorating sports massage to a soothing Indian head massage or facial.
Should fitness be a priority, it is also possible to arrange for a personal trainer, yoga or Pilates instructor to come to the chalet to assist with your work-outs.
Winter Activities
Aside from skiing, there are a whole array of activities you can enjoy during your holiday that you may not have even thought of. Explore the region on a snowshoe trek, try your hand at dog sledding or ice driving, take a tour of the resort in a horse-drawn sleigh, take to the skies on a sightseeing flight or whizz down the mountain on a toboggan. We are happy to suggest fun non-skiing activities for all ages, whether that be a Michelin-star cooking lesson or a trip to the sports centre or ice skating rink.
We can also organise totally unique activities for your group, from a yoga class at the top of the mountain or a private ice hockey match with professional players to a live yodelling class in your chalet. The list really is endless...
