Located within the brand new Balegia Residence, this four-bedroom apartment is ideally located just a two-minute walk from the Schlosskpf chairlift and a 10 minute walk from the village centre. Minimalist in style, the apartment provides a spacious open plan living and dining area, separated by a large flat screen TV set above a contemporary fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a balcony with beautiful views of Lech and surrounding peaks. A small, well-equipped kitchen overlooks the dining area.

Balegia 3 accommodates eight guests in four en-suite bedrooms. The master double bedroom includes a dressing area, en-suite shower room and sauna, as well as access to a shared balcony. There are a further three bedrooms which can be configured as twins or doubles. Two have en-suite shower rooms, the third an en-suite bathroom. All of the bedrooms have TVs.
